ALFA technic - water resistant plywood

Water resistant plywood is a construcion plywood consisting of the odd number of veneers glued perpendicularly to the direction of fibers. They are made from domestic coniferous trees, mainly spruce and pine. The gluing quality meets the requirements of Adhesive Class 3 according to ČSN EN 314-2 (EW 100) and ČSN EN 1084.

These plywood are manufactured according to the standards: (EN 636-3), (EN 636-1) and (EN 636-2). The boards correspond to emission class E1. Reaction to fire: class D-S2, d0.

  • Design : sanded and unsanded
  • Quality : B/C; C/C; C+/C; C+/C+
  • Volumetric weight : 550 kg/m3
  • Properties : high strength and flexibility with respect to volumetric weight, dimensional stability
  • Application : building joinery production, floors, wooden packaging, construction, agriculture
  • Packaging : Products are stored horizontally on wooden blocks of the same thickness. The number of pieces in the package varies according to the thickness of the plywood. The individual bundles are secured with steel tape to prevent displacement 

 

ALFA joiner - plywood for furniture

Plywood for furniture is plywood produced by mutual and perpendicular gluing of the odd number of peeled veneers. They are made from domestic coniferous trees such as spruce and pine. These plywood are manufactured according to the standard (EN 636-1). The plates correspond to emission class E1. Reaction to fire: class D-S2, d0.

  • Design : sanded
  • Quality : A/B, A/C, B/B, C/C
  • Volumetric weight : 650 kg/m3
  • Properties : high strength and flexibility with respect to volumetric weight, dimensional stability
  • Application : suitable for indoor use eg building joinery production, production of furniture, toys, musical instruments, packaging, etc. (plywood is not resistant to long-term water exposure)
